The K+K BHVS 5000/12.5 blanching line is a high-performance drum unit designed for the thermal processing of vegetables in industrial applications. The steam heating system ensures precise temperature control necessary for enzyme deactivation, improved texture, and preservation of the raw material's color. The robust 5000 mm drum guarantees adequate product retention time, while the integrated steel rotary discharge conveyor allows for smooth transfer of blanched goods to subsequent cooling or freezing sections.
