ILAPAK DELTA 3000

The Delta 3000, right-hand version, stainless steel by ILAPAK, is a modular horizontal flow wrapper, PC-controlled with four independent servomotors. It is designed for hermetically sealing packages, enabling packing at relatively high speeds, in both controlled atmosphere (Modified Atmosphere Packing – MAP) and non-MAP environments.

The machine is equipped with a "no product – no bag" function and a product misposition detection system.

Long dwell sealing jaws with an oval movement ensure hermetic seals on various types of films.

Gas pressure and flow can be adjusted via a regulating and shut-off valve.

Sealing rollers feature a pneumatic pressure adjustment system.
