We offer the Henneken B7000 vacuum tumbler with a capacity of 7,000 liters – an industrial machine designed for massaging, curing, and preparing meat in large processing plants.

The manufacturer notes that machines in this series are particularly well-suited for curing steamed hams, dry-curing smoked hams, kebab production, and massaging fish and poultry.
