Decoiler construction and function
The decoiler is made of a solid structure using electro-welded and machined components. The expanding mandrel can unwind to the left and right. Expansion is actuated hydraulically from the operator panel. The decoiler is equipped with a three-phase motor enabling the decoiler drum to be wound and unwound in setup mode. In automatic mode, strip extraction can be performed either via preset pressure or via continuous loop control regulation.

Control description
The decoiler is powered by a frequency-controlled three-phase motor. The loop control between the decoiler and downstream equipment is contactless, regulated by an ultrasonic sensor. Analog control ensures smooth, continuous operation of the decoiler. All system functions can be operated in both setup and automatic mode.
