The vertical Grasselli NSL600 slicing machine is designed not only for meat, but also for fish, poultry, and plant-based products, producing high-quality slices with excellent consistency. This efficient slicer offers high productivity and can accommodate a wide range of slice thicknesses, from 2.5 mm to 25 mm.
The machine is suitable for processing both fresh and crust-frozen products. Even delicate products can be sliced effortlessly without damage, ensuring an excellent product presentation and yield.
The slicer features a hygienic and ergonomic design that allows for quick and easy cleaning. The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel.
