Oy Foudila Ab is a company, in Kaskinen, Finland with over 45 years of experience in equipment for timber handling. For the past 15-20 years, we have also been active in pallet industry and have developed a lot of machines over the years for nailing, automatic timber feeding and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions for the customer's purposes as stand-alone machines or machine lines.

This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder developed for pallet production machines, but also well suited for other applications within the wood industry. The machine is specifically designed to integrate with both deck nailing machines and leg nailing machines, regardless of brand or capacity.

We have supplied automatic board feeding systems to nailing machines from, among others, Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking and Mychrome.

Thanks to the reliable vacuum system and the simple maintenance-free one-piece feeder – based on our own patented solution developed more than 40 years ago – only minimal adjustments are required when changing dimensions. This results in short changeover times and high operational reliability.

The machine equipment also includes a tilting package lift that tilts the package approximately 10 degrees. This ensures that the boards remain stable and do not fall apart when the straps are removed, even if the boards are not perfectly aligned in the package.

As optional equipment, the system can be complemented with:

- Automatic turner
- Vision/Camera system
- Automatic removal of sticks between board layers

The end result with this type of feeders is a reliable and flexible high-quality solution that enables more productive and cost-efficient pallet manufacturing.

Board length: 600-1600mm, board width: 60-150mm, board thickness: 16-32mm

Package length: 800-1600mm (packages with boards shorter than 800 should be on a EUR-pallet), package width 800-1200mm, package height: 0-1400mm

Feeding capacity: 50 boards/min (with board width 100mm)

Machine dimensions (LxWxH): 4300x3700x2800mm
