Herb Cutting Machine S 350 W

This machine is designed for cutting fresh and dried herbs. It offers a wide range of applications and is ideal for processing lemongrass, mint, parsley, chamomile, St. John's wort, mountain tea, and similar herbs.

Wide range of cutting sizes: Thanks to precision blades and an efficient herb feeding system into the cutting zone, as well as flexible control of the conveyor belt speed and blade rotation speed, the desired cut size can be set from just a few millimeters up to 10 cm. The machine features two stacked conveyor belts. The upper belt is movable and inclined. It guides the herbs into the cutting zone and compresses them during the cutting process. The cutting area consists of a rotating blade (with two or three cutting arms) and two counter blades.

Electronic control:
Both conveyor belts are equipped with electronic speed control, allowing you to adjust the cutting size of the herbs. Speed is controlled via a frequency converter. Adjustment is made using a potentiometer, with set values displayed on a screen.
