Six identical Demsan fabric doubling and winding machines are offered. Max. fabric width: 2000mm, fabric infeed: from roll and in open width, fabric delivery book/roll: 1000mm, double folded, max. operating speed: 60m/min, operating direction: forward, control: Hitech touch panel. Machine dimensions X/Y/Z: 4000mm/3100mm/2600mm, weight: approx. 2390kg. Equipped with fabric tension control, electronic length measuring system with encoder, calibration function, RS-232 interface, end-of-fabric photocell, photocell-controlled fabric catcher and centering system, dancer roller mechanism, Argox thermal printer, photocell-controlled edge guiding system, motorized fabric guide adjustment, AC geared motors, frequency converters and pneumatic opening unit. Four machines were manufactured in 2017, and two machines were manufactured in 2016. Documentation available. Inspection possible by arrangement.
