The CORMAK FM350 sawdust extractor with dust filters is a machine designed for intensive use in woodworking facilities. It combines a compact design, high performance, and an advanced filtration system that effectively removes chips, sawdust, and fine dust from workstations. Thanks to the use of third-stage dust filters, the extractor minimizes airborne dust, directly improving operator safety and working comfort.

Construction and Technology
The CORMAK FM350 woodworking dust extractor is built on a reinforced, powder-coated steel frame. The filtration system consists of 3 dust filters and 3 waste bags, each with a capacity of 200 liters. The bags are secured using robust steel clamps, ensuring quick replacement and easy maintenance. The 300 mm diameter steel impeller provides smooth operation and ensures the durability of the machine, even under intensive working conditions.

Precision and Performance
The FM350 operates with an extraction capacity of 4560 m³/h, maintaining stable suction performance thanks to an impeller speed of 2950 rpm. Four suction connections (1 x 180 mm + 4 x 100 mm) allow several woodworking machines to be connected simultaneously, making the unit an ideal solution for serial production and service workshops.

The dust filters effectively remove fine dust particles that are often not captured by conventional filter bags. This significantly improves air quality and reduces the risk of dust accumulation and clogging in machines.

Applications
The CORMAK FM350 chip extractor is recommended for use with:
