Used Glass bottling line for ciders 32.000 BPHTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThis complete used bottling line for glass bottles is configured for crown‑capped beverage production and industrial packaging. It combines inspection, rinsing, filling, labeling, packaging, and end-of-line palletizing into a robust second hand solution for beverage production.Depalletizer: Kettner Pressant Universal (1N), 5 layers/minEmpty Bottle Inspector (EBI): Krones Linatronic 731 M2, 700 bottles/minRinsing Machine: CBI JetMatic, 72 heads, 670 bottles/minFilling/Crowning Monoblock: O & H Hansa Ref C2932B 03, 600–660 bottles/min, 80/14 headsBottle Inspector 1: Heuft Spectrum TXBottle Warmer: CBI MCC 2000Labeling Machine: Krones (Renner) Topmatic Type 071, 850 bottles/minBottle Inspector 2: Heuft Spectrum TXShrink Wrapper (Over‑wrapper): SMI SK 800F, 160 packs/minWrap Around Packer: SMI WP 450, 45 cases/minCase Divider: CBIPalletizer: Berchi Dinamatic PTF/2Pallet Wrapper: Robopac Helix HS 30, 30 pallets/hourPallet Coder: Logopak LOGOConveyors + Controls: CBI bottle conveyors and controls; CBI case conveyors; CBI pallet conveyorsCase Scales: John White & Son Cartomat 2Carton Coder: Videojet Excel 100Bottle Dryers/Blowers: Jetair Jet‑2; Sonic 150Chillers: Geoclima 2 x TMA 2A450A EC‑34Container type: Designed for Glass bottle handlingLine speed (bottling): up to 850 bottles/min (limited by downstream configuration)Advanced Automation & Control SystemsThe line integrates centralized controls across depalletizing, inspection, rinsing, filling, labeling, and packaging. Automation-ready subsystems support stable speeds from 160 packs/min on the shrink wrapper to 850 bottles/min on labeling, with efficient changeovers between operations. Safety interlocks, emergency stops, and guarding around rotating and motion systems enhance operator protection and reliable beverage production.Coordinated conveyor logic and accumulation for smooth product flowAutomated inspection (EBI and post‑label checks) for quality assuranceControlled thermal management via bottle warmer for condensation mitigationPallet coding and carton coding integrated for end‑of‑line traceabilityProduction Line Integration CapabilitiesThis used bottling line is engineered for inline operation from depalletizer through pallet wrapper, with modular stations for easy reconfiguration. The conveyor and control system by CBI provides balanced buffering between processes to maintain bottle integrity and consistent throughput. Suitable for a range of crown‑capped glass bottle applications in industrial packaging and beverage production.In...
