ADV 508 RW 300 CN – Deburring & Edge Rounding Machine

The ADV 508 RW 300 CN is a compact automatic machine for deburring, light edge rounding and surface finishing of laser-cut, plasma-cut and punched sheet metal parts.

The combination of a wide belt grinding unit and rotating brush provides fast burr removal and consistent edge finishing in a single pass. The machine is particularly suitable for parts with larger outside contours.

Expected in stock from September 2026 and available for demonstrations in our showroom.

Efficient Deburring & Edge Rounding

The wide belt removes burrs and provides an even surface finish. The following rotating brush processes the workpiece from multiple directions for light and consistent edge rounding.

This RW configuration is especially suitable for flat sheet metal parts with larger outside contours and limited complex internal contours, making it an efficient solution for repetitive production.

Typical applications include machine construction, steel fabrication, enclosure manufacturing and general sheet metal processing.
