New HC-1500 Suspension Monorail Shot Blasting Machine

The HC-1500 suspension monorail shot blasting machine from ABRAZIV Kft. has been developed for the economical surface treatment of cast, forged, and welded parts as well as smaller steel structures. It is ideally suited for descaling, derusting, cleaning, and roughening a wide variety of workpieces.

The machine is manufactured to order and can be individually configured according to customer requirements.

The HC-1500 features a Y-shaped suspension monorail with two carriers, which enables continuous operation. While one carrier is in the shot blasting process, the second can already be loaded or unloaded.

The machine is equipped with three high-performance ABR-400 shot blasting turbines, which are arranged at different angles. This ensures uniform and thorough cleaning of complex workpiece geometries.

The internal surfaces of the shot blasting chamber are lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel in the active shot blasting area. Other areas are protected by wear-resistant rubber, which also reduces noise levels.

A closed shot blasting media circuit with a collection hopper, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, air separator, and dosing system ensures reliable and economical operation.

A high-performance cartridge filter with a fan is included in the scope of supply for the extraction and filtration of dust generated during the shot blasting process.

All functions of the machine are operated via a central control unit. In addition to automatic operation, a manual mode is also available for maintenance work.
