ZERMA GSL 300

The GSL series granulators 300/400 to 300/800 are primarily designed for the size reduction of production scrap in injection molding and blow molding applications.

In addition to the key benefits of the GSL series, the slow-running granulators GSL 300/400, GSL 300/600, and GSL 300/800 are especially suitable for large-surface parts such as automotive door panels, bumpers, or hollow bodies.

The 'V arrangement' of the rotor knives ensures that the pre-shredded material is held in the center of the rotor. This significantly reduces wear on the grinding chamber walls during processing of glass fiber reinforced plastics. Material build-up on the side walls is prevented. Thanks to the staggered arrangement of the rotor discs, only individual knives are engaged at any one time, providing consistently higher cutting force.
