Pilot filtration plant designed for NF/RO filtration (MF/UF operation also possible).
The system includes a reverse osmosis (RO) unit—prepared for operation but without the 8" filter housing.
Fpsdpjx Ek D Rsfx Adajr
The installation is built on a mobile stainless-steel frame equipped with four adjustable feet. It includes a double-jacketed balance vessel with a total capacity of 100 liters, fitted with two level sensors and one temperature sensor. The vessel is equipped with a Typhoon mixer (model 03TY0196) featuring a round blade, 0.44 kW motor, and 1,690 rpm speed.
The system is fitted with three E&H flow meters and a Hydra-Cell pump (model G10XDS0SFEMB) capable of handling pressures up to 103 bar and viscosities up to 1,000 mPa·s. The pump is a piston-diaphragm type with a seal-less design, driven by a 3 kW motor (7.2 A, 949 rpm, 50 Hz).
Additional components include a Samson steam valve, two overpressure valves, and a tubular heat exchanger for retentate cooling via ice water. A high-pressure centrifugal circulation pump (Pomac make) is also installed.
Control and monitoring are managed through a Simatic OP7 operator panel and a Siemens Simatic S7-300 PLC housed in an electrical panel, which also contains three Siemens frequency converters and an E&H data recorder.
