Treif Falcon Conti

We offer the TREIF FALCON conti industrial cutting and portioning machine. Professional equipment for meat, poultry, cheese and ready-made meal producers. The device allows for quick and precise cutting and portioning into slices, cubes or portions of a specified weight, which significantly increases production efficiency, reduces waste and guarantees consistent product quality. The robust, fully industrial stainless steel construction and intuitive control panel make the machine ideal for cutting fresh and chilled products. The portion is scanned and the machine automatically determines the length of the portion with high throughput.

The TREIF FALCON conti was manufactured in 2010 and operates in 3-PE, 50/60 Hz with an operating voltage of 380-480 V and a power of 8.6 kW. Its high weight of approx. 750 kg is evidence of its very solid construction and minimal vibrations during cutting.
