PRISMATEC 15 represents a new generation of spray booth systems — combining mechanical precision, modular European design, and intelligent process control powered by AI.
Developed for both industrial and professional finishing environments, it ensures a stable process, exceptional energy efficiency, and consistent surface quality.
Each system is fully Industry 4.0-ready, with native integration into ERP / MES / QMS / SCADA environments.

Iodpoxv D Sgsfx Ah Isa
- Construction & Insulation: PIR sandwich panels (walls and ceiling), galvanized 1.5 mm steel frame, aluminum doors and panels, raised grid floor and platform (300 mm) for optimal airflow and structural durability.
- Ventilation: Dual NICOTRA-GEBHARDT centrifugal fans, providing balanced pressure and uniform air distribution throughout the booth. Equipped with motors ranging from 7.5 kW to 11 kW, delivering total airflow from 25 000 m³/h up to 35 000 m³/h at a static pressure of 800 Pa (for both supply and exhaust systems).
- Smart Control (NVIDIA AI-Edge): 14″ industrial HMI, real-time AI algorithms for temperature, pressure, and airflow control; Gun-Idle ECO mode, predictive diagnostics, full data logging, and open API (REST) compatibility via Modbus TCP / OPC UA / MQTT.
Seamless integration with ERP, MES, and QMS systems for traceability and predictive maintenance.
- Thermal Monitoring (optional): AI-based infrared imaging with object recognition (YOLO), automatic heat mapping, and adaptive curing profiles for reduced energy consumption.
- Lighting: Programmable Daylight LED system with precise CRI and brightness control, 45° side and ceiling fixtures ensuring shadow-free illumination.
- Heating System: Stainless-steel heat exchanger (oil version) with optional gas / oil / electric sources; heating time to 60 °C ≈ 4–5 min; up to 30 % energy saving through AI-based heat recovery.
- Design Details: Hidden lock system (no protruding parts) for easy cleaning, foil application, and minimal maintenance.
