The shipping line was used for pallet dispatch, meaning cartons were erected (using SOCO ATS 2300 + 2200) and sealed on the bottom so they could be packed on the main shipping line. The completed packages were then sealed on top by a carton sealer (SOCO T-4200) and passed on to a labeler (LOGOPAK LOGOMATIK 415-T). Once the LOGOMATIK scanner verified the packages as error-free, they were transferred to the palletizing robot (SOKO PRS-LRS-1218-H3) to produce a pallet packed according to our specifications/dimensions. The item offered here is one of the two SOCO ATS units that erect and seal the cartons before they are transferred to the main conveyor (as shown in the layout image in the blue circle).
