It is in very good condition and has only been used occasionally. It was mainly used for single lamination of PVC foil with thin PU foam for the packaging industry.

The line is built on a welded steel frame and supplied in pre-assembled modules. It includes a flame laminating unit with three water-cooled, hard-chrome-plated precision calender rolls. The centre roll is fixed; the two outer rolls are motorised and position-adjustable. The lamination gap is adjustable up to 50 mm, with positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm. Settings are controlled and displayed via the HMI.

The burner section has two standard Type 40 water-cooled burners, interchangeable nozzle bars, pneumatic positioning and exhaust hoods. A gas control station with gas/air mixing system is designed for LPG; flame intensity is electrically adjusted and displayed on the HMI.

Material feeding and handling equipment includes thread-spreading and guide rollers, synchronised rubber-coated infeed rollers, a backing-material unwinder with pneumatic roll lifting, and a foam unwinder for rolls up to 2,400 mm diameter. A Type FSE 2000/20 foam film welding machine is included. The TA L textile accumulator has a capacity of approx. 100–200 m (depending on material), maximum working width 2,000 mm, stainless-steel table, roll unwinder and web laying device.

The line features a GR3 automatic foam-web edge guiding system with optoelectronic sensor and electrically actuated steering frame; adjustable edge offset 5–20 mm. The BTB 01 edge trimming unit has two electrically driven rotary knives, adjustable cutting width and safety guards. Extended knife shafts are optional; a centre-slitting device is included in the scope of supply.

Finished-product transport is provided by synchronised pull-off rollers, including a pneumatic pressure roller. The centre-driven winder has manually adjusted tension, with automatic compensation based on winding diameter; winding direction is selectable. A measuring wheel records product length. The PLC control system provides electronic synchronisation of the main and auxiliary drives; auxiliary speeds are adjustable ±10% relative to the main drive and displayed on the HMI. Underfloor material discharge is optional.
