- Coolant supply is controlled via a solenoid valve, which can be switched over by the swing system
- The drawbridge as well as the clamping jaws and rack segments are new
- A deactivatable clamping jaw detection system has been installed (additional safety for operator & to prevent tool breakage)
- A safety door with interlock, signal display, and door lock
- The tool length adjustment system has been relocated outside the machine compartment
- Additional end-position limit switches have been installed
- Complete new electrical system (control cabinet)
- No PLC installed, machine is electrically maintenance-friendly
- New drive motor (SEW Germany) with brake
- The machine has been freshly painted with 2-component structural paint

The dual spindle drive ensures smooth, centralized pulling force and consistent broaching speed (broaching speed selectable: 3 m/min or 6 m/min).
By design, the machine is quick and simple to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway cutting.
