This is a condensation trap manufactured by Rational. The condensation trap is suitable for the Rational SCC/WE 61/62/101 combi-steamer series, as well as for CM/P 61/62/102.

The condensation trap creates an accelerated rise of steam and other vapors from the vent pipe. Vapors and gases can thus be directed via a pipeline to an exhaust system.
