Quaser MV154 APC/P

We offer this as new Quaser MV154 APC/P vertical machining center, year of construction 2006.

The machine has 9039 power-on hours, but only 671 spindle-hours, this has been confirmed in the parameters aswell.

The machine has seen very little usage. When i bought this machine the linear guides for the X & Y axis was worn out as they had not been lubricated properly and with the incorrect grease. These have been swapped for brand new ones, aswell as most of the air and coolant hoses. All the lubricating lines for the X & Y guides and ballscrews have also been renewed.

There are some tools in the 48 tool magazine aswell. It also has a 3D Taster.

The chip conveyor also has new bearings and seals.

Two Hilma vices could also come with the machine.

I have done a ballbar test and checked the machine to be in great working order.

The size of the machine also makes transportation easy, as it will fit inside a standard curtain semitrailer.
