The installation consists of a QF-LJZ600 double infeed/stacking unit in combination with a QF-5045-S6-5 5-axis manipulator with a 5 kg load capacity.

Application for unmanned press production
The installation can be integrated with an existing mechanical or hydraulic press.
The sheet metal parts are automatically fed from the stack. The 5-axis manipulator picks up the product, positions it in the press, and can automatically remove the product after the pressing operation.
Depending on the application, this can be used to create a fully automated or operator-assisted production cell.
A possible configuration is, for example:
Sheet stack → double infeed unit → manipulator → press → finished product
Transfer from press to press
Another interesting application is automating a production process with two or more existing presses.
The manipulator can remove a product after the first pressing operation and automatically position it in a second press.
