Description

The hydraulically operated and extremely robust stack cutter from PFI (practically identical to the DUPLO 490) delivers high performance and precision cuts for the on-demand market. This stack cutter is built to the highest quality standards and offers high-speed cutting up to a width of 490 mm and stack heights of up to 70 mm. Safety light barriers protect the operator during use, ensuring that no accidents occur and preventing cutting if objects are detected in the cutting area. Additionally, activation is via dual push-buttons requiring both hands, so no hand remains on the table during operation. Enter your cutting specifications directly via the user-friendly control panel. The back gauge positions itself automatically by motor drive as indicated on the digital display, and can also be fine-tuned with an adjustment wheel. An LED cut line shows exactly where the blade will cut. The foot pedal at the front of the machine securely clamps the paper stack in place.

The system was in daily production until recently and is being sold due to a switch to a wider-format machine. Testing is possible at any time.
