System Components & Structure

Oven inlet & roller conveyor: The horizontal roller conveyor automatically transports the glass panes through the safety gate into the enclosed heating chamber (oven).

Cooling system / fans: Powerful radial fans (blowers). These are essential for the thermal tempering process, in which the heated glass is rapidly cooled with air (“quenched”) to create the necessary surface tension.

Outlet & quenching area: A precise roller conveyor with ceramic or special rollers, on which the glass is held flat and transported during the cooling process.

Control & electronics: A central main control cabinet with PC visualization for monitoring the temperature zones, as well as separate operator terminals with analog pressure and temperature displays (e.g., for the air pressure of the fans).
