The Kronen KUJ V is a versatile and multifunctional cutting machine designed for slicing, strip-cutting, and dicing a wide variety of products. Thanks to its advanced 3D cutting system, products can be cut into the desired shape and size with high precision.
The machine is suitable for processing vegetables, fruits, meat, and fish, including onions, bell peppers, carrots, beetroot, cabbage, radish, potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, chili peppers, and apples. With seven adjustable speed settings, the machine can also handle delicate products such as strawberries without compromising product quality.
