Used single-sided HOMAG edge-banding machine for straight edges – KL 79/A20/S2
For pre-milling (jointing trimming), gluing and post-processing of various kinds of edging materials. Fixed stop on the right side.
Year of Manufacture: 1999
SPEZIFICATION & EQUIPMENT:
Basic machine with 80 mm wide conveyor chain with rubber-coated chain pads,
- workpiece thickness max. 60 mm
- top pressure with compound V-belt, motorized height adjustment (to workpiece thickness)
- panel support with roller guide, extractable approx. 700 mm
- clamping of glue application unit before rear end of workpiece, for even glue application
- glue roller drive in case of feed stop
- hand switch /remote control for setup – mode
- adjustable infeed fence with NC-axis (CAN-bus)
- Jointing trimming 2 motors (clock-wise, counter clock-wise), 2x3.5kW, jumping function
GLUING SECTION A20, consisting of:
- QA34 glue application unit,
on request with PTFE-coating (Teflon)
- Pre-melter for EVA glues
- Edge magazine, edge thickness min. 0,4 mm to max. 20 mm
Edge width (height) max 65 mm
- Pressure zone with automatic horizontal adjustment (NC CAN-axis) to edge thickness,
1 driven & 6 non-driven pressure rollers.
POST-PROCESSING SECTION:
- Snipping (end-trimming) unit HL81, 2 motors, with straight/chamfer cutting function
motorised fine-positioning of snipping stop
- Pre-milling (rough trimming) 1,5 kW, top/bottom
- Corner rounding FK13, 2 motors (top/bottom) with automatic 8-fold
tool changer and several exchangeable trimming heads
- Profile (radius-) scraping MN11, with auto-revolver positioning
- Flat scraping (glue joint) FA10, top/bottom, (version with 3 tracer rollers)
