DESCRIPTION:
Our HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic straightening presses are available with three different pressing forces, ranging from 150 to 300 tons. Horizontal hydraulic presses are specially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.

Thanks to the horizontal design of the machine, large beams and profiles can be processed with ease. The latest generation HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic press has become a versatile machine capable of accommodating a wide variety of tooling options.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic straightening presses consist of a C-frame, fully electro-welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. After welding, the structure is stabilized and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The frame is calculated and built using finite element analysis software. All of this ensures our consistently high standards in robustness, precision, and quality.

The presses are equipped with a main sliding table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel, both fitted with DIN 650 T-slots. Support blocks made from C45E steel are supplied as standard. The main table guarantees perfect parallelism through four cylindrical guides featuring maintenance-free, frictionless bimetal bushings.

Each side is equipped as standard with two height-adjustable roller supports.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder made from seamless, cold-drawn tubing, with a chrome-plated piston and maintenance-free, wear-resistant guides.

The motorized hydraulic power unit features two speeds and automatic disengagement of high speed. Includes cylinder decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS safety PLC, SIMATIC S7 1200 type, and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen located above the electric foot pedal. This allows programming of operating modes in semi-automatic and automatic, power setting, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. The system has a storage capacity for 99 recipes, with all parameters configurable for each recipe.

The electric control panel is equipped with a selector switch for manual or automatic operation, as well as a key switch for maintenance operations.

Both electrical and hydraulic circuits feature redundant and self-monitoring controls. An additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for actuation and safety are integrated.
