Compact powder coating system (complete system) – booth, curing oven, conveying system & Gema technology

Complete system for manual powder coating of parts up to 3,000 mm in length and 500 kg payload per carrier. First-class brand-name components (Gema, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Donaldson, Riello), including installation, commissioning and operator training.

Overview & Concept

For sale is a brand-new, manual powder coating complete system for workpieces up to 3.0 m in length. The system combines an efficient extraction coating booth, a powerful gas curing oven, and a flexible rail conveying system including steel structure (individual design/planning of a powder coating system possible upon request!).

1. Powder coating booth (double-sided manual coating)

- External dimensions (L x W x H): 3,400 x 1,100 x 2,150 [mm]
- Workpiece opening dimensions: 500 x 1,600 [mm]
- Extraction & filter: 2x radial fans at 4,500 m³/h (ATEX version, 3 kW each); 2 filter units with a total of 6 antistatic Teflon filters (Donaldson, 325 x 660 [mm])
