HAMOS KWS 1010-0 – complete electrostatic separation line

We are selling a complete HAMOS KWS 1010-0 electrostatic separation line, including dust extraction, conveyors, hoppers, vibrating screens, and other accessories.

The equipment is designed for dry electrostatic separation of conductive and non-conductive materials, particularly for separating metals from plastics and other non-conductive materials. Material handling

The large input hopper is designed so that it can be removed from the frame and transported to the desired location using a forklift.

This allows the material from the big bag to be emptied into the hopper outside the line itself, and then the hopper can be placed back on the frame. From there, the material is transported to the next part of the process.

HAMOS service and modernization

The separator itself underwent service and modernization work directly at the HAMOS manufacturer in 2024.

As part of these works, the following were carried out, among other things:

* new dust extraction solution
* electrode cleaning adjustment
* installation of a new control unit
* other service and refurbishment work

The line is available immediately.
