Our high-precision 4-jaw faceplate K72 1000 mm was
specially developed for the secure and reliable clamping of a wide variety of
workpieces on lathes –
ideal for asymmetrical, rectangular or difficult-to-position components.
Technical features
- Diameter: 1000 mm
- Design: 4-jaw faceplate, independently adjustable jaws
- Material: High-quality cast body for maximum stability and vibration damping
- Clamping jaws: Standard with hard clamping jaws
Optional clamping claws according to customer requirements (soft, special shape, special size)
- T-slot design: for flexible additional clamping forces
Dedpfx Ajx S Rzcji Howb
- High concentricity with heavy workpieces
- Suitable for large turning diameters and high clamping forces
Mounting & standardisation
The K72 faceplate is not standardised as a complete faceplate (no uniform DIN or ISO standard for diameter, jaw geometry or hole patterns).
However, the machine mounting is based on common standards, e.g.:
- DIN 6350 (centring mount)
- DIN 55029 (camlock mount, e.g. D11 / D15)
= This allows adaptation to almost any machine, either directly or via adapter solutions.

In addition to the K72 1000 mm, we also offer other large faceplates for heavy-duty and special applications:
