The GCV series machine is a modern device that combines the functions of pre-shredding and final granulation of plastics. This allows various types of materials, and more, to be processed in a single process.
The upper part of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding – the material is fed into rotating knives, which cut it precisely. In addition, a special system is used to help efficiently feed the material into the machine.
The lower part is the grinding zone, where the rotor design and the method of feeding the material can be adapted depending on the type of material, its properties, and the desired performance and final particle size. Importantly, after the processing is complete, the material no longer requires additional transport between machines. The machine has a compact design, takes up little space, and offers a very good price-to-performance ratio.
