Accepts hollow spacer profiles from 6 to 32 mm (0.23'' to 1.26'').
Minimum spacer frame dimensions (rectangular reference): 100 mm x 150 mm (3.93'' x 5.9'').
Maximum spacer frame dimensions (rectangular reference): 1600 mm x 2000 mm (63'' x 78.7'') in one piece (unlimited with multiple pieces).
Shapes allowed: infinite.
Edge bending from 0° to 155°.
Permitted radius of curvature (from 100 mm to 4000 mm) (3.93'' to 157.5'').
Profile thicknesses from 6 to 18 mm (0.23'' to 0.7'') and from 20 to 32 mm (0.78'' to 1.26'').
Productivity:
Spacer frames in aluminium and different plastics: 150–160 frames per hour.
Spacer frames in carbon steel: ~100 frames per hour.
Spacer frames in stainless steel: 70–80 frames per hour
(TGI, Thermix, Inox).
Chromatec with thicknesses 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24.
