Tool Changer 16 positions for HSK40E (tools until diam. 16 mm and maximum length of 75 mm.
Tool measurement with Blum laser (annex on the left) with lasersystemm including tool breakage control. For measurment rotating tools of dia. 0,2 mm by dia. 16mm in the machine. Minimum tool length 45 mm. Tool presenting lapse.
Preparation for graphite- extraction L-CUT for vacuum extraction system, consisting of enclosure, roof and pipe union.
Graphite extration system. Included preparation for graphite extraction. Air throughput rate approx. 1400 m3/h. Motor output 2,2 kW, noise level approx. 73 dB (A). Rest dust content in exhaus air= max. 0,5 mg/m3. Dust contents are 15 times lower than the MAK values.
Sound absorber fo L-CUT. Reducing of acoustic pressure level for approx. 9 dB (A)

The machine will be disconnected and dismantled on 16 September 2026. Until then, it will remain connected and in active production.
In July 2026, the ball screws, including the bearings, were replaced on the X and Y axes. All spindle filters and oil were also replaced.
Our company is an authorized Exeron dealer and service partner. Therefore, the machine will be professionally disconnected and prepared for transport.
The price also includes professional loading onto the truck and securing the machine on the truck for transport.
The machine dimensions do not include the graphite extraction system. The complete layout is provided in the attached document.
