Process Description:

The principle of wet blasting technology has proven itself for several decades as an extremely effective and efficient cleaning system.

The ET 6600 wet blasting system is a rotary table wet blasting system based on centrifugal wheels, specifically designed to remove contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic contaminants from components. The system is equipped as standard with a process chamber, two centrifugal wheels, a spray nozzle/blow-off unit, and a rotary table. This rotary table rotates the components in front of the centrifugal wheels or the spray nozzle/blow-off unit, thus enabling the processing of all areas of the components to be cleaned in a multi-stage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + drying).

Various workpieces contaminated with oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, or other impurities

Primarily metallic workpieces, but mineral or plastic workpieces are also possible
