Our KVK 1S – Economic is our most affordable option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

With this model, only the application and removal of the film need to be done manually. This machine is solidly built with a weight of 600 kg and is designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to a height of 2,250 mm.

With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a mechanical brake, you can optimally adapt the automated wrapping to your product. Automatic pallet detection is included as standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. Available programs include 'up only' wrapping, 'up & down' (cross-wrapping), and 'weatherproof' wrapping. If desired, the wrapper can also be operated manually.

If the wrapper needs to be temporarily relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated slots.

An access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packages or black film are optionally available.

The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to transition from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with minimal investment. This machine is ideal for shippers handling up to approximately 10 pallets per working day.
