DMS 600/4S

The DMS 600/4S is an automatic painting machine manufactured by our company, designed for painting or staining furniture components, stairs, moldings, and panels with a maximum height of 80 mm.

Easy and straightforward operation, combined with the latest technology, guarantee the highest quality of painting. The compact dimensions of the machine allow it to be used in smaller spaces. The machine is controlled via a 19" touchscreen based on intuitively designed software.

The machine is designed so that all maintenance operations, such as filter replacement, cleaning, and changing paints or stains, can be performed in an optimal manner.

The DMS 600/4S is manufactured according to well-known and proven principles: the system is designed as an enclosed booth with the option of connecting an air extraction system and a particulate filter. The machine is equipped with a conveyor belt, which, depending on the model, can be protected with foil/paper or equipped with a scraping and cleaning system for the main belt. Both systems are designed for paint recovery. The painting zone includes a movable arm that can accommodate up to 4 spray guns. The spray guns are mounted on adjustable brackets (the spray guns are suspended so that the height can be adjusted by +/- 100 mm). At the inlet, the machine is equipped with an EX sensor bar for detecting objects. The object detection scanner works by transmitting the outline of the object to the controller, which then appropriately controls the operation of the spray guns, applying paint only to the object's surface.

The machine is prepared for the installation of low- or high-pressure painting equipment.
