The system on offer is a laser cleaning cell manufactured by cleanLASER (model cleanCELL 2220), designed for industrial cleaning applications. In our case, it was used for cleaning stainless steel parts prior to adhesive bonding. The cell was in operation until the first quarter of 2024.

The cell is equipped with a 300-watt diode-pumped ND:YAG laser, enabling precise and contactless surface cleaning.

Components & Features:
- Workstation: The cleanCELL 2220 features an X-Y-Z axis system for precise laser head positioning, two workstations, and six workpiece carriers.
- Conveyor System: A BOSCH Rexroth conveyor system ensures the transportation of workpieces.
- Peripheral Equipment: The unit includes a TEKA extraction system (LFE-301) for removing particles and a KLH cooling system for laser temperature regulation.
- Safety: Full enclosure ensures the system meets Laser Safety Class 1 during operation. A spark detection system is also integrated.

Maintenance & Condition:
The system was serviced annually, with the last maintenance performed on 05.01.2024. In the past, the resonator was replaced under warranty due to a loss in power output. Currently, the system has been relocated from its original position due to space constraints and is not connected to any power supply.

Spare Parts:
The system comes with a spare parts package containing various valves, timing belts, filter cartridges, desiccant, activated carbon filters, etc.

Handover & Collection:
Handover of the item takes place at the seller's business premises. After clarification of the technical details regarding disassembly, the item will be available for collection at that location. Disassembly and transportation are to be carried out by the buyer at the buyer's own expense and risk. The buyer is required to comply with the “Instructions and Regulations for External Companies” (information available upon request).

The seller will issue an invoice based on the signed purchase contract. Handover of the item will occur upon receipt of a payment confirmation.
