The washing system enables effective preparation of steel and aluminum components through a multi-stage cleaning, degreasing and rinsing process.

tank for cleaning / degreasing chemicals

The system is equipped with a demineralized water generator, ensuring high-quality final rinsing and optimal surface preparation before powder coating.

Heating system

The chemical tank is equipped with a heating system for the process liquid.
