The SMF COMBI 400 machines operate with a 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply and have an installed power of 56 kW per machine. The labeling machine operates at 400 V, 50 Hz and is rated at 28 kW and 47 A.The AMER filling monoblock integrates rinsing, filling and capping in a compact process block. It is equipped with a HEPA filter and an integrated CIP aggregate with disinfection, supporting hygienic beverage production and efficient internal cleaning procedures.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThis complete bottling line is designed as an integrated PET packaging solution for still water production. Preforms are handled by the SMF hopper and supplied to the blow molding machines, while air conveying transfers formed PET bottles toward the filling section.
