After more than 20 years of international professional experience, the company was founded by Jürgen Böhm in 2010. In order to expand our range of services and meet the increasing demand for repair and maintenance of grinding, tooling, and special-purpose machines, we collaborate with qualified subcontractors. These companies work closely together to focus on the sales, repair, maintenance, and retrofit of CNC-controlled as well as conventional machine tools and their assemblies (e.g. milling heads, grinding spindles, etc.).

In the past, many companies had their own maintenance departments to deal with machine breakdowns. For cost reasons, most of these departments have been closed or dissolved. Due to rising demand and tighter manufacturing tolerances while maintaining deadlines, it is essential to ensure the continuous availability of production equipment to minimize downtime. That’s why regular maintenance of production machines is crucial to reduce failures, downtime, and associated costs.

As a result, service and repair activities now account for up to 35% of many machine tool manufacturers’ annual revenues.

Our company provides a competent and cost-effective alternative to OEMs when it comes to the maintenance of high-quality machine tools and special-purpose equipment. With our many years of experience in the installation, commissioning, and repair of grinding, milling, and special machines (including prototype construction), as well as flexible manufacturing systems—such as those made by REFORM Maschinenfabrik Adolf Rabenseifner GmbH & Co. KG, Kehren, Göckel, Campbell Grinder USA, TOS Kurim, DEPO, Mazak, DMG, ZPS—we ensure a quick restart of your production after a failure of your machinery.

When it comes to retrofitting, we offer cost-effective alternatives to new machines. The demand for machine overhauls continues to rise. In a general overhaul, the guideways are reconditioned, rolling guideways such as INA or THK are completely renewed, and all wear parts, such as bearings and seals, are replaced. Power supplies (electric systems) are upgraded to the latest standards. The machine then receives a new paint job. Optionally, machines can be equipped with Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain controls.
