6 Stutznäcker single-needle lockstitch sewing automats are offered. Outside frame size X/Y: 1900mm/2600mm, max. stitch rate: 2600stitches/min, sewing type: lockstitch, sewing head/gantry: Mammut Class 750, linear unit X-axis: Hauser HLE 150 (installation position right), Y-axis traverse: ball screws/linear guide rails, control system: Hauser Comtac 2000. Equipment: Electronically synchronized separate drive for needle and hook, pneumatic presser foot lift, upper thread monitor, frame coding for safety monitoring, coated table plates as frame supports within the travel area, various frames, spare hooks, electrical cabinet on the right, operator panel on the right-hand side table and left-hand side table with pneumatically lowerable table top (max. 200mm) and surrounding support for the frame. Four sewing automats were retrofitted in 2007, two sewing automats in 2006. Dimensions X/Y: approx. 5000mm/7000mm, weight: approx. 2000kg. The machines are available from April 2027. Inspection possible by appointment.
