Brief overview of the shipping line and where the offered item was used:
The shipping line was designed for pallet dispatch, i.e., cartons were erected (SOCO ATS 2300 + 2200) and sealed at the bottom to be packed on the main conveyor. The completed parcels were then top-sealed by a carton sealer (SOCO T-4200) and passed on to a labeler (LOGOPAK LOGOMATIK 415-T). Once the Logomatik scanner confirmed the parcels were error-free, they were transferred to the palletizing robot (SOCO PRS-LRS-1218-H3) to create a palletized shipment according to our specifications and dimensions. In our video, you can see the entire shipping line in operation.
The item offered here is the PRS palletizing robot from SOCO Systems (shown in the blue circle in the layout diagram). The labeler LOGOMATIC 415 T + scanner is not depicted in the layout, but—as shown—was positioned at "Label Printer."
