Fully automatic three-knife trimmer designed for short-to-medium-run and digital/book-of-one production.
Can work offline or inline with Horizon binders up to 1,000 cycles/hour, 51 mm book thickness, automatic setup and book-of-one capability
Features:
Automatic size setup via colour touchscreen: input the untrimmed and finished book dimensions and the machine automatically positions the relevant sections.
Servo-controlled jogging and clamping provide accurate registration, while the swing-knife cutting action is designed to give a clean three-side trim.
Also capable of book-of-one production.
Books of the same finished size but different thicknesses can be processed consecutively
It can run inline with Horizon BQ-470, SB-07 and SB-09S systems, as well as offline.
