Genox RP1000

Genox 1,000kg/hr Rigid Plastic Washing Line designed for rigid plastics with a wall thickness ranging from 1~25 mm such as HDPE/PP bottles, containers etc.
The system includes pre-shredder, friction washers, float sink separation tank, granulator and drying system for producing clean dry plastic granules along with a central, intelligent HMI control system.
This is a standard system we offer but can be tailored to suit specific customer requirements.
Individual items from our systems are available for separate purchase and integration into existing customer systems.
