- Base frame in robust, welded construction made from profiled steel tubing
- Milling unit comprising:
- 1 milling spindle, 9,000 rpm, 2 kW motor, frequency-controlled drive
- X-Z slide assembly with linear guideways, ball screw, NC servo motor

Errors must be marked on the workpiece with chalk in the correct position. A sensor detects the chalk marking and diverts the part to the waste chute. The process continues without interruption, only defective parts are excluded from brushing.

If dimensional deviations are detected, the control system automatically compensates for the difference.
- Removal of rejected parts via conveyor belt
