The HSDP hydraulic press is designed for layer-by-layer gluing of wooden components used in floorboards, beams, and others, under high pressure from hydraulic cylinders reaching up to 1.4 MPa (14 kG/cm²). The stack of glued elements is formed by hydraulic compression between the cylinder beams and the lower support beam. Thickness gluing allows for shaping any profile, reduces processing costs, and decreases waste. The HSDP press is also equipped with pneumatic clamps, which secure the compressed stack and prevent it from shifting.
