Automation is the main asset here. Automatic adjustment of slotting knives, guide rail and creasing wheels with integrated scalpel knives allow this model to reduce the time required to change between box models to just thirty seconds. The machine is fitted with a Die-cut module for cutting out hand holes.

The BM Varenne has 4 positions with 6 tools. 2 circular knives and 2 creasing wheels with integrated scalpels for cutting of the gluing flap. It is possible to control all 4 positions independently. Wheels and knives can be changed quickly, without tools - different diameters and formats. Combining cutting, creasing and perforation tools with production needs allows for unprecedented flexibility for a machine of this kind.

With the machine comes a 5 year warranty period, which is market leading duration and testimony of quality on its own.
