We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years for the transport of bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, and the conveying of wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granules, sand, and abrasive powders including corundum, as well as steel fiber for concrete mixers or batching plant halls.

Our pneumatic conveyors can also be used for aerating various materials, including hay, grains, herbs, and more.

They are ideal for blowing fresh air into production halls, poultry houses, and barns, as well as for extracting smoke, dust, and harmful welding gases. Flexible hose options are available.

Our high-performance blower is equipped with a 5.5 kW/400V motor, with a robust, segmented construction made from high-grade steel. The pipes and elbows are made from 3.6 mm thick steel, enabling the transport of the most demanding materials while ensuring long durability. We can also supply both light and heavy-duty flexible hoses for transport of the above-mentioned materials. The unit transports such materials over long distances with ease (distance depends on material type). The high blower efficiency allows both horizontal and vertical transport. We have amassed significant experience in production.

Upon request, we can manufacture parts or the whole unit in STAINLESS STEEL (including the pipes) or GALVANIZED version.

Our production follows the Kaizen methodology. Kaizen—meaning “change for the better” (in Japanese, 'kai' means change, 'zen' means good), is a philosophy and management method emphasizing continuous improvement of company processes and activities.

In the basic version, we supply the blower only, fitted with a flanged outlet for connection to various pipes. We manufacture pipes and elbows made from 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed: 2800 RPM. (OPTION: electronic stepless speed reduction regulation available from stock). The use of three-phase motor speed controllers offers multiple benefits, including energy savings, precise torque regulation, and enhanced system efficiency. Additionally, they reduce energy losses, positively impacting production performance. Our blower is highly efficient.

The machine is built from easily replaceable segments (fastened with M8 bolts) that we always keep in stock, allowing for versatile applications.

Individual modules are also sold separately (e.g., blower only). We can customize the design to client requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (one person can easily move it), and it can be carried even in a small car, van, or trailer. It is also easy to assemble and simple to operate. We also produce additional wheels to facilitate mobility (two types available).
