For sale is a BMT STERIVAP 6612 steam sterilizer from an ongoing food production facility.

The autoclave was originally developed for medical applications and is currently used successfully for sterilizing beverage bottles. Up to 350 bottles are processed per sterilization cycle on specially adapted transport carts.

The unit features integrated steam generation, a modern Siemens control system with a touchscreen, and programmable sterilization cycles with stored programs for temperatures above 121 °C.

The system is in very good technical condition. Heating elements have been replaced, wear parts have been regularly exchanged, and all maintenance has been performed on an ongoing basis. The autoclave is currently in daily operation and can be inspected under production conditions until August 2026.
