ATi F12/D Gas Transmitter Overview
The Series F12D Gas Transmitter is designed for detection of a variety of toxic gases in hazardous area applications. In addition, it is also well suited for general-purpose environments where toxic gas measurement is required. The F12D is highly customizable, making it adaptable to nearly every fixed-mount toxic gas monitoring application.
Key Features
Extensive Gas Detection
Supports over 60 interchangeable electrochemical sensors for detecting gases such as chlorine, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde, nitric oxide, phosgene, and more.
Auto-Test Function
An integrated Auto-Test system uses a real gas sample to verify sensor function—eliminating the need for manual bump tests and ensuring operational integrity.
Smart Sensor Technology
H10 Smart Sensors store their own calibration data and can be swapped out in the field without recalibration, reducing maintenance time and cost.
Rugged, Durable Design
The F12D features a polycarbonate enclosure with stainless steel hardware, IP65 ingress protection, and is corrosion-resistant for harsh environments.
Flexible Power Supply Options
Operates on 12–24 VDC, 115 VAC, or 230 VAC to suit various site requirements.
Communication Capabilities
Offers RS-232/485 output and optional HART® or Modbus RTU for seamless integration into digital control systems.
